Exchange Policy
We want every ghoul, goblin, and ghost to be happy with their purchase from our shop! Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring you have a great shopping experience. We offer returns and even exchanges on certain items. Please read our detailed policy below.
General Returns & Exchanges:
You have 45 days from the date of purchase to return most items for a full refund or an exchange.
All items must be in their original, unopened packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Items that have been used, worn, or altered are not eligible for a refund or exchange. For health and safety, all costume apparel and cosmetics are considered final sale.
Please note that returns are not accepted on any item marked as final sale, which includes any Halloween-specific merchandise purchased after October 15th, or items from our clearance section.
Return & Exchange Process:
To return an item, please include a note with your order number and whether you’d like a refund or an exchange. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. We will process your refund to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned goods. For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you after the original item is received. A small shipping fee may apply for the new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
While we pack every order with care, sometimes things happen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will ask you to provide a photo of the item and its packaging. We’ll then work with you to either send a replacement or issue a refund. There is no need to return damaged items. If you received the wrong item, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for its return.
Store Credit Option:
As an alternative to a refund, you may opt for store credit. Store credit can be used on any future purchase and never expires. This is a great option if you think you’ll find something else you love in our shop soon!
Price Adjustments:
We offer a one-time price adjustment on items purchased at full price if the item goes on sale within 14 days of your purchase. Simply contact us with your order number, and we’ll refund you the difference.
