Testimonials

"Rickey is one amazingly passionate therapist. The time and energy he gave to us high school aged runners was unbelievable. He was always there at practices donating his time and services (for free!) to help loosen our legs after the pounding they just incurred. An unbelievably caring, generous and skilled professional - with a great sense of humor too!"

"I have referred many people (both athletes and non-athletes) to Rickey because he simply know his stuff. He provides both excellent assessment and treatment services and is truly concerned about each person he treats. His bedside manner and hands on skills are outstanding. I always get extremely
positive feedback from everyone that I have referred to see Rickey."

" I owe a huge part of my success to Rickey. If it were not for Rickey, I would not have won the gold medal in the triple jump at the 2014 OFSAA Championships. Triple Jump is a very physically demanding event, and Rickey has ensured that I am 100% ready for each and every competition. Rickey makes every session fun and enjoyable. Hands down, the best there is ! Thanks so much for everything Rickey."

Rickey is someone who truly cares about his patients. He has been a key part to my success as an LU/Track North athlete. He is very knowledgeable and has helped me overcome many injuries throughout my running career. His warm smile and friendly personality are contagious. "Rickey Goudreau has been our 'go-to' guy for over 20 years. Whether it's a high-school beginner, a university athlete, or a national-teamer, Rickey has had an incredible success rate in helping our athletes overcome and prevent injury."

"There are very few professionals I am comfortable working with when it comes to my temperamental Achilles tendon. Rickey is one of those professionals. Not only are Rickey's skills of the highest quality, but his optimistic personality is contagious. Whenever I'd get off the massage table, I not only was confident that I was one step closer to the end of my injury but I also felt more positive about the rest of the season. "

“It’s safe to say that Rickey has magic hands! We are so lucky to have Rickey a part of our support staff - he’s helped me overcome numerous injuries in the past three years in record time. Rickey is versatile (he once unlocked both of my ankles driving home in a bus after the OUA’s!), professional, and most importantly he always has the friendliest smile on his face! Thanks Rickey, you’re the best!”

Ricky is a miracle worker!! Both my sister and I have gone to him numerous times with pains, and we are always greeted with a smile. No matter how painful the injury, there are always laughs and smiles during the appointment, and Ricky always has a funny story or something encouraging to say. Talking during the appointment really helps take the focus of the pain! We are very lucky to have Ricky working with us, there would be many dragged out injuries without him! Ricky you ROCK!

Rickey was not only a professional taking care of 15 athletes with osteopathic treatments and acupuncture at the same time, he also made himself available regardless of our students/athletes schedules. My last injury was before Nationals and Rickey saw me 3 times at 7h15 in the morning. He's is always available for his patients and his knowledge, his patience and his numerous competencies will make you see some fast progress. Chronic pain is not an option for Rickey.
For me, Rickey was a key person during my 4 years at Laurentian as he was speaking French and that's really nice in northern Ontario.
Osteopathic treatments are extremely useful in term of prevention and therapy so if you have a sport-related injury, a work-related injury or a chronic pain, Rickey will certainly be able to help you.
